Terrible. Rented a U haul from them over the weekend. Spent $30 to refuel the truck back to the 1/2 tank it was at upon rental, and they still charged me a $45 EZ fuel fee claiming it wasn't at 9/16 fuel level. I've rented numerous u hauls from various places and this is a first for me. You just lost a ton of business Danco. I'll never rent from you again nor will I have my employees use you. Shame on you guys.

If you're looking for a spot to call home when your car needs some TLC - look no further.

You commented "The truck you rented was returned with 12 gallons less gas that it was rented with."

***Please see updated review at the bottom as well.***

***Updated 8/30/2017*** :

1/16 of 60 gallons (of fuel) is 3.75. NOT 12... 3/16 of 60 is 11.25, again NOT 12. (So technically charging me for 12 gallons would be overcharging me) Taking all of this into consideration, it would be mathematically IMPOSSIBLE for the difference between 9/16 and 1/2 to be 12 gallons. Don't blame me for your mistake. Blame math.

Had my vehicle there was told I could keep there until i authorized repairs I called authorizing the repairs when my wife called to confirm with them she spoke to an older lady demanding the title to the car and she wasn't fixing it. And had our car impounded these people are crooks with majority of their emoployees poorly skilled there is a reason the dealerships are quickly looking faith in them

***Here's a math lesson***: Your truck holds roughly 60 gallons of fuel (technically your largest truck holds 57 gallons, but to better understand, we'll round up.) 1/4 of a tank of gas is 15 gallons so keep that in mind.

***Side note***:

In response to your comment, "If you didn't drop the keys in the night slot, we would have informed you and you could've had the chance to go fuel it up..." OF COURSE!!! It's easy for you to say this in hindsight when you've already charged me the extra money, to cover your butts and make yourself look better. If you want to stand by your word, you could've offered me a reimbursement. What a joke. Just read recent reviews folks... STAY AWAY!

Our first experience here, they identified the issue and fixed it in less than 30 minutes and told us to be safe and they were not charging us for the work as it didn't take extensive effort on their part to resolve - even though it was something I was unable to identify and resolve on my own.

Joe and Donna Stewart treat me like family. I have been dealing with them for several years and can only rate the experience as professional, competent, and trustworthy. They act as an excellent customer advocate and intermediary with my aftermarket warranty company and have no hesitancy hurdling many of the roadblocks that sometimes stand in the way of coverage. I have moved out of the Fairfield area recently, but the long trek to Danco is always well worth the travel. Take your vehicle to them to have an honest evaluation of any of your automotive repair or maintenance needs. You will not be disappointed.

These guys are awesome. This is the first time i have ever had a repair shop hand me a bill $40 under their quote!! I am a car guy, i have rebuilt my own transmission, i went to them for their trans flush machine, but i never once felt like they were trying to talk me i to something i didn't need. Theses guys are trustworthy and do good work. Oh and the waiting room is the best. They have free wifi and the icing in the cake? They have an old Nintendo system and about 15 awesome old games you can play on their big screen TV!

Never abandoning that family business mentality, prioritizing taking care of their customers.

This family owned small business has worked hard, consistently offering second to none customer service and quality work to grow into the Danco that's around today.

Yes, shame on you... You call yourself a business? Overcharging customers on fuel. From the looks of other recent reviews, you don't specialize in much. At the UDF not even a half mile up the road, I fueled the tank to the proper level I received the truck at... Sorry, I must have parked on a hill or something???
