Wish I could rate as a 0. They treat veterans like they are less than human. My uncle was there for only physical therapy due to a back injury. Four days in he received no therapy, was screamed at by a social worker, mistreated by a nurse and medication was withheld from him. He was treated with no dignity or respect that is deserving of a human being let alone a veteran of the United States.

Worked here...quit 2 days later. Worst facility I have ever seen. Didn't want to sit on their chairs. Respiratory therapist slept all night on a trach unit. Worst care I have EVER seen. Dirtiest place Ive ever seen. Stay away!!!!!

Unfortunately the VA hospital has a contract with this nursing home.

This facility is filthy. The patients are treated like checks not human beings. More often then not when someone needs to be hospitalized they are not sent until they are extremely bad off bc an empty bed doesn't bring in any money. They advertise 24 respiratory therapist on site, that is not true unless you consider a nurse who has had little if any ventilator training sufficient in caring for the respiratory needs of 10-14 ventilator patients on top of her nursing duties. Agencies nurses come and go some don't know the difference between 10ml and 1000ml

My family is devastated by how he was treated and will be filing complaints with the state of Ohio and the BBB.

Great care was given to my grandma here. She's been in two other places for rehab and this place surpassed all others. Nurses were kind and helpful, aides were dynamic with their care. Big shout out to the therapy department also.

Deserves a 0!!!!!! Staff was very unprofessional. Admissions said they had everything we needed but when we got there they didn't have the right equipment. The resident across the light was on for 2 hours and nurses and aides walked past room over and over. Respiratory therapist was rude and didn't know what he was doing. They had two oxygen concentrators connected on a splitter and that is a fire hazard.
