The list could go for days. I have contacted them at least 6-8 times on separate occasions.
The salesman Ryan Bolton was extremely down to earth, friendly, straight foward, and honest. Made the entire experience enjoyable. Even had short time where the other members of the staff were laughing, and joking with us. Great experience with good people. Thanks again Ryan!
Completely unsafe and not trustworthy. Not to mention he didn't refund my $300 deposit. This guy is a con artist and should not be in business.
I was interested in the great looking 2005 Ford 150 4dr Supercab XLT 4WD (Beige/Tan) Only 80,000miles. Cash price of $9,500. Issue? The entire frame was completely rusted to the point where it's totally unsafe to drive.
It's the best experience I've had buying cars, they know what they sell and the sellers were very kind
Service contract added to negotiated price without my knowledge. Was led to believe that a service contract helped me get a lower rate or even allowed financing at all. Bring cash or your own financing. Don't insult the finance guy.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!!! CON ARTIST!
When I returned the truck to the owner/dealer (Ray) and told him I wasn't buying it for this reason, he acted like he had no idea and even said "that's impossible! How could the truck even drive". I noticed this same scam method on several other trucks he had on his lot.
They "hide" this by coating the entire frame with a tar-like paint to make it appear as if there is no rust. I put a $300 deposit down to verify this with my A+ rated mechanic, and he verified everything. You could basically push on the frame with your finger and it would go through.
Was sketchy from the beginning. Wanted my info just to test drive a car. Which hey I get so you don’t just have “joyrides” had a car stickered for 18,500. Once I said I was interested we talked the numbers. Then said the car would be 20,500 because I wanted to finance the car??? What? So I tried to get out of the deal. The pressure was on. I could tell they really wanted to get rid of this car. After dinner the manager said he could bring the monthly payments down. So now honoring what the price was online. But that’s not where is ends. After dinner we walk into the office and the smell of marijuana filled the place. The manager Even tried to offer it to us. Long story short I finally. Had the car, everything was good until 1-2 weeks after purchase. Started to leak coolant! burn 1-2 quarts of oil in a month. I purchased the extended plus version of a 3rd party warranty. Which that company declined to pay for anything. I called the dealership to reach out for help and was given the typical “we will get in touch!” “Don’t worry man we are going to fix this for you!”
