My body control module, and instrument cluster have been replaced TWICE! Once in Feb 2016 at 22,547 miles, and AGAIN in 2016 in Sept. At 40,982 miles. Now they need to be replaced again???

Come to find out that the passenger door had been replaced after an accident with the same make n model, but a different color. I wasn't told this why?

Is it not required to give a FULL report on who has owned the vehicle and everything that has happened to it??? According to several Chrysler dealerships, YES! Regardless what car lot sells the car.

I was NOT given a carfax on my vehicle, 2015 chrysler 200 limited. Yes, Britney drove to Dayton to get it (thank u).

You couldn't even tell me who was the previous owner!

Your company is a predatory lending and your employees will do anything to get commission. Including lie.

Now my car is completely dead. Nothing works. AT ALL. You better be paying for my bill from Chrysler!

David was GREAT!!! I would recommend him to others, he took his time explained every term and/or condition very well! He was AWESOME to my kids has a great sense of humor... Oh and I have to mention HANDSOME and loves his wife dearly! I am confident with the vehicle his sold me and look forward to doing business in the future! Drive Time is the BEST!

sure, the people were nice enough. I came to this lot because I dont have a lot for a down payment. The review I saw said they got into a car for 495.00. After I told the salesman I only had 700 to put down we continued. That seemed fine. Later I was told only AFTER they did a pull on my credit (even a soft pull affects your score) did they tell me the lowest down they consider is $1000.00. They do offer a payment plan for the rest if you don;t have the 1000.00. But the car stays there until the down is payed. Which I do not feel comfortable. I wish they had the honesty and integrity to have told this me before the pull on my credit and wasting my time.

I was a nervous first time car buyer but Maurice and Jordan were amazing and I was very at ease quickly. They made sure we took a thorough test drive and used all the bells and whistles in our new vehicle. The process was quick (as can be with any large purchase) and everything was explained throughout the whole process. They stayed late to get our deal done & they even gave us a new battery because they thought ours may be a little undersized. I am so, so happy with my new vehicle and I'll definitely recommend going to see those two!
