If I could give this company 0 stars I would this us the worst dealership on the face of the earth first of I signed all my contract paperwork for a 2010 dogde journey 2 weeks later got a call telling me I needed to bring it back the deal wasn't done when i already signed paperwork stating it was done they switched out my car for a 2009 ford fusion I using my 500 dollars I put down and my trade in vehicle 3 days later the transmission goes out in the middle of the road with my two young children in the car I had to get the car towed to the dealership and everyday I have called the transmission they ordered is not the right transmission this happened on three different occasions 3 weeks later today they tell me I have to pay 500 dollars to get my car back granted I have missed a week and a half of work due to me not having a car I just bought they wouldn't give me a loaner car the owner said they would pay a percentage of the rentals I had to pay for and now todayI was supposed to meet with one if the owners Yana who told me she would pay the percentage and she is all of a sudden not taking personal calls and refuses to call me back. If anybody has any legal advice please comment I am stuck in an auto loan and cannot get out of with no vehicle. I will never recommend anybody here I will be calling the attorney general and the better business bureau this has been the worst experience of my life they need to be shut down asap!!!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR CAR THROUGH THESE CONS! Never again will we go here. Carlton is who we delt with and he was great! No complaints until today. We have had our car for almost a month. A MONTH. They TEXT my husband yesterday saying they need a proof of residency to create our loan account..... okay. My husband works 10 hour shifts mind you. 8am-8pm. We had planned on going to the bank to get a print out of our bank statement since we just moved and haven't switched our address on anything yet except the bank. He gets another TEXT today saying if we can't provide proof of residency by the end of the day, our vehicle will be repossessed due to breach of contract. Way to drop the ball and wait til the last minute. Never will we go here again. Ever. I forgot to mention that they let us leave with a car without all proper paperwork as well. I had to fax them papers a few days later so the could finalize everything then. My husband just talked to our bank and they informed us that they contacted nationwide weeks ago telling them we needed a proof of residency. And we are just now finding this out. Way to drop the ball. 3 months after having the car it stops running. We get it towed to nationwide to get fixed. Our car was there for a week when I called to try and get an update. After having to call multiple times to even get through, I finally spoke to someone who informed me they couldn't find our key. Mind you, our car had been there for a WEEK! thanks for calling me and letting me know. Okay so they find the key cool. Over the next two weeks I made multiple calls trying to get updates when we finally learn it was the computer in our car. Okay cool. That was a week ago. Last update was that they were waiting for a part to get it fixed. It's now been a MONTH since our car was dropped off and still no update. I'm telling you. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

I had a situation come up with one of the vehicles and I let Nick know and he went on and above what he needed to do to make sure I left happy and continue to be a repeat customer of Nationwide going forward. I also want to say thanks to Brian and Sam for their help as well with the issue. A special thanks to Nick, again, who was there even when I picked up the replacement vehicle. I would highly recommended these guys if you are in the market for a vehicle. Carlo G

I got a car from thm back im march i owe 4100 left on my car what i dont like bout this place is my car got repoed a week before my car payment was due, i give 500 December 1st to get my car out of repo. I was tild i was a car note behind which is 190 and i owed 10 from another car payment and 190 in repo fees i was told this December 15th after my payment got refused nd was set for repo again i talk to a man name allen in the fairview office because i couldnt get in contact wit destinee the women i had talk to early that day allen thn let me make payment arrangements to pay 616 December 29th. 6:30pm on December 15th my car got repoed again for 580 i had to have 80% in order to keep my car after i talk to allen to make arrangements the unprofessional never made note in the computer after he told me my accout was active. Now i have to pay 580 plud 350 repo fees to get my car out this place yes have nice cars but the people are rude have miscommunication they dont work with you everybody wants to be the owner they whole lot now have 500 repoed cars everyone i dealt with at the begin of gettin my car is now fired im just really mad cus i never went through this bs. But i will be getting my car back due to the fact i have 2 children and it will b paid off soob but i will never deal with them again or recommend this place to anybody.

Alex at nation wide was fantastic with helping me get a car. Found a great car with very low mileage, worked with me on the financing,plus detailing the car before driving off the lot.
