Just wanted to show my appreciation for Performance Toyota and gratitude towards Product Specialist, John Campbell. I walked in knowing what kind of car I wanted and John let me freely browse and test drive cars to find exactly what I wanted. I ended up buying a 2016 Camry SE. When I showed up to pick up my car John had prepared the car with a celebratory sign and balloons. It was extra thought and care like this that made this car buying experience one I will not forget. I will definitely be coming back to Performance Toyota and I'm looking forward to working with John Campbell in the future.
Great dealership with hard working sales team. They worked hard to get us in the vehicle we wanted at the price we wanted. Salesman Eddie Greer was great and gave us space to make a decision. Not pushy at all. We really appreciated that. Also thank you to Sales Manager Jermaine Dixon and Finance Manager Beth. Both were really friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommend this dealership.
My roommate purchased a Toyota Matrix here. At time of purchase they told her the car was certified and she was buying as is, then promptly gave her a single key (after she had already signed for it). Since then she has called and tried to get a second key because it seems standard to have more than one set. They are now telling her the car was never certified and that they don’t certify before 2012. And if she wanted a second key, she should’ve made arrangements with the salesman to get one before she signed, even though she was not aware of the key situation until after signing. As aToyota dealership, I believe it is their responsibility to provide more than one key for any given car before attempting to sell it. At the very least, the key count should be made clear prior to purchase as part of the “as is” conditions. Honestly, I will never do business here and will inform everyone I know not to do business here because this is ridiculous.if I could give negative stars, I would.

Decided I wanted to purchase a 2017 Tacoma. I called and left a voicemail for Eddie and I also sent him an email. He never responded. To say the least I was a little disappointed that a returning customer didn't even get a reply. I moved on and purchased a Tacoma at another dealership and received outstanding service.
I had a great experience buying a Camry from Performance. Eddie Greer was extremely helpful cutting through all the stress associated with buying a car and made the process easy. He even stayed well after closing so that I could take advantage of an offer that was expiring that night. Not a thing to complain about. Everything was smooth
EDIT: so not only would they not give us another key, they apparently polish tires so you can’t see the dry rot! My friend just blew out a tire on the highway! Before going to this hell of a shop, I strongly suggest going somewhere else. Or you better double check every last detail on your car. Your life might literally depend on it.
This is a new update. Been taking my car and trucks to Performance Toyota now for 3 years. If I can't do it myself, it going to the folks who now their products.
They have a friendly and professional staff. A clean waiting room, and if my car is over a certain mount, they provide me a rental car.
Update; August 2017
My Camry get all of it service there. I've never opened up the hood. Now 2000 Tundra has over 370,000 miles. This week they removed the fuel tank and installed new pump and float. Something not many shops are equipped to do.
